1. Information we collect
When you fill out a form on clickvision.in (strategy call request, contact form, lead-gen form), we collect the information you give us: name, business name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, monthly ad budget range, the service you're interested in, and any free-text goals you share.
When you visit the site, we automatically collect standard browser data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent. This is used for analytics and security — not for advertising profiles.
2. How we use information
- To reply to your inquiry (the only reason we ask for your contact details).
- To send you the strategy-call confirmation, audit notes, or proposal you requested.
- To improve our website and services (aggregated, anonymous analytics).
- To meet legal, tax and compliance obligations under Indian law.
We do not use your information to send marketing emails, retarget you across the internet without consent, or build a behavioural profile to sell to third parties.
3. Sharing & third-party services
We use a small number of third-party tools to run this website. When you interact with the site, your data may pass through:
- Web3Forms — delivers your form submission to our email.
- Meta Pixel — measures ad performance and (if you've opted in) lets us retarget you on Facebook / Instagram.
- Google Analytics — aggregate site analytics.
- Hostinger — hosts the website files.
- HubSpot / Zoho / GoHighLevel — our CRM (only your contact details are stored, not browsing behaviour).
We never sell your data. We only share it with a third party when (a) it's required to deliver the service you asked for, (b) we're legally required to, or (c) you've explicitly consented.
4. Cookies & tracking
Our site uses a small set of cookies — essential ones for the site to function and analytics cookies to measure how the site is used. The Meta Pixel and Google Analytics also drop cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but some analytics signals won't reach us.
5. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Ask what data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or update it.
- Ask us to delete it ("right to be forgotten").
- Withdraw consent we had previously been given.

6. Data retention
If you become a client, we retain your data for the duration of our engagement and 3 years after, for tax, legal and reference purposes. If you submit an inquiry but never become a client, we retain your details for 12 months, then delete them automatically. You can request earlier deletion any time.
7. Security
All form submissions travel over HTTPS. Our backend stores data in encrypted-at-rest databases. Only ClickVision team members with a need-to-know have access. We use 2FA on every internal account. We've never had a breach, but if we ever do, affected users will be notified within 72 hours.
8. Children's data
Our services are intended for businesses and their representatives. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we've inadvertently collected such data, email us and we'll delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top will change, and material changes will be flagged on this page for 30 days. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
